B. WHAT WE KNOW
NECROSOCIETY - INTERNAL

BELIEF. The services compare him to Theodore Kaczynski. He believes modern technological society has to be destroyed and built again from nothing. From writings found in safe houses he had left: "The Industrial-Technological System has enslaved humanity. Only through complete annihilation can we achieve rebirth." He sees Iraq-a-Holics operations as a way to bring the collapse on.

WEAPONS. Heavy weapons: the M134 minigun and the M2 Browning .50 caliber machine gun. Their reporting also credits him with experimental electromagnetic weapons; none has been recovered. He runs a mobile workshop that makes illegal modifications and explosive devices, and has been seen carrying more than one machine gun at once. The burns on his upper body came from an explosion while he was testing a prototype.

ENGINEERING. Self-taught: robotics, automated weapons, directed-energy weapons. The services say his goggles carry a targeting display and that automated weapon platforms he built have been used in several attacks. Intercepts mention "Project Reset", which they read as an electromagnetic pulse device meant to take down a whole city's power grid.

THE NAME. It refers to the militia wars of 2003 in Iraq, Sudan and Zimbabwe. He says he is tied in spirit to militia movements everywhere and sees them as the start of the revolution he wants.

WITH US. A member of his family sits in our leadership and gives him resources and protection.

THEIR WARNING. Do not take him lightly because he talks philosophy. He sets automated defences and explosive traps. Their teams are told to go in with a bomb squad and electronic warfare support.
